A Small Group for Your Health & Wellness Goals
The Daniel Plan started at Saddleback Church with over 15,000 members participating together and losing over 250,000 pounds. The program is based on The Daniel Plan 5 Essentials:[/text_block]
We are better together! The Daniel Plan was designed to be experienced in community. Grab a friend, family member, or coworker and get your best results in a friendly and supportive group. The six weekly sessions include:[/text_block]
- A video-based teaching featuring experts in wellness, fitness and nutrition
- An (optional) workbook guide to help forward your learning
- Engaging small group discussion facilitated by a certified life and wellness coach
- Weekly readings from The Daniel Plan book
- Opportunities to move together or eat healthy together
- Food and fitness tips and suggested activities
- Commit each week to an action step
- Pray together and for one another
